Your first experience to beatmaking 

In 2010, I had a Dell computer from college with a trial version of Reason. I had always used friends computers before - Fruity Loops as far back as 2002 - but this was the first time I got to kind of explore on my own. Between that and regular sessions at Brooklyn’s Clubcasa, I was hooked.  

Your first experience to Djing 

My first experience was in 2017. Will “Quantic” Hollandhad been bugging me to try my hand at DJiing and then my friend Sam ended up having a night at a bar in Brooklyn called Mad Tropical. It was super friendly and we just took turns playing vinyl —it was an incredible amount of fun and I was hooked. I sat down with DJCenter to take some lessons and voila!
